Never made great contact and, since I'm a high launch, high spin driver of the ball also needed a driver to get the launch and spin DOWN which is not the typical profile for a square head driver.

Having said that I demo'd the IQ, 8. Penetrating trajectory and consistent flight and distance?
I just purchased the FT-iQ based on what it did in the simulator for me. No matter what I tried I callaway ft iq i mix get this driver to go anything but straight. I believe the FT-iQ may be perfect for its target market, guys like me. Currently I'm about a 20 handicap and my primary goal in a driver is to get more drives in the fairway.
Not having taken it to the course yet I believe the FT-iQ may just do that. I'm currently going into my fifth season of golf with my handicap getting lower every season. Once my handicap and skills progress to the point where I'd like to 'work' the ball I'll probably look at a FT Regards, Dan.

Great work on the review. I test drove one for a round…It was straight and long— yds longer than my Hibore— Fubuki shaft s is great, Love the sound and feel…price is a killer but hard to turn down 30 extra yds in the fairway.
